7K Distillery is a boutique, independent Tasmanian Distillery crafting award winning gins, spirits, Single Malt Whisky and more since 2017. In 2024 they made Tasmania’s Derwent Valley their home and are building a new and improved distillery at Hayes and have a tasting house open at New Norfolk.
