Rathmore is a 92 acre estate at Hollow Tree in the Central Highlands.

The c1830 convict-built sandstone homestead has been beautifully restored, with four guest rooms with access to a spacious sitting room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, scullery, conservatory, front veranda and picturesque garden.

At the revived Shearers Quarters, there are another four rustic chic rooms that share a messroom and kitchen as well as a self-contained rustic cottage.

Spy platypus in the Dew Rivulet, fish for trout, enjoy the beautiful resident black swans, be surprised by the elegant peacocks and peahens, friendly wombats and cheeky pademelons. If you are lucky, see new born lambs gambolling or watch the sheep shearing.
