Derwent Distillery

Only a short half-hour drive from Hobart and 10 minutes from New Norfolk, our new distillery is home to 625L and 65L copper pot stills. Distilling artisan single malt whisky, craft gins and liqueurs using locally foraged botanicals from our property.
